There are two ways to send us a request for help.

Please do not use this system to ask any medical questions - these should be directed to your clinic nurse or physician.

We will do our best to respond to your requests within 24 hours but may take up to 72 hours if a long weekend.

Our mobile app services (MyCBDR and MonRCTC) are experiencing disruptions due to an important security update. We are working hard to complete the process as soon as possible. Once the security upgrade is completed an updated version of the app will be made available to users. At this point we do not have an estimated time available for completion of this activity but we anticipate the apps to be available in a day or two depending upon your operating system (android is expected to be available ahead of ios). Please note that MyCBDR will continue to be available via website during this time – at www.mycbdr.ca. We regret the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience
