We are currently experiencing issues with the MyCBDR app being available in the Apple and Play Stores.


However, the workaround to this is using a web browser on your phone and going to the MyCBDR site. Then, you can add the MyCBDR webpage as a shortcut app on the home screen of your mobile phone.


To do so, you can follow the steps:


For Android, using Google Chrome.
  1. Open a webpage in Chrome and go to the MyCBDR website.
  2. Tap the three-dot icon on the upper right.
  3. Find and select Add to Home Screen from the menu.
  4. You can change the shortcut's name in the pop-up that appears, then tap Add.
  5. Select Add to Home Screen to add the icon to the next open spot, or tap and hold the icon then drag it to your desired location on the home screen. 

You can also follow steps using other web browsers such as Firefox or Edge here.


For iOS, using Safari.


  1. Open a webpage in Safari and go to the MyCBDR website.
  2. At the bottom of the screen, you'll see an icon depicting an arrow that looks like it's trying to get away from a square. See example below.
  3. Find and select Add to Home Screen.
  4. You can change the shortcut's name in the pop-up that appears, then tap Add.
  5. The shortcut will appear in the next open spot, or tap and hold the icon then drag it to your desired location on the home screen.
