ON THE WEBSITE


  1. Log into your MyCBDR account.
  2. Once you are on the homepage, hover over the Inventory tab and select Discarded Products. 
  3. You will be taken to the Discarded Products page where you will click on the green Discard Product button.
  4. On this page, you will need to select the Discard Date, provide the Discard Reason and select the Product that you wish to discard. Please notify your HTC and arrange return of discarded products.
  5. Once all the information required has been entered, click Save.
  6. Go back to the Inventory tab and select Discarded Products to ensure that it appears in your Discard History.


ON THE APP


  1. Log into your MyCBDR account.
  2. Once you are on the homepage, click on the Inventory tab on your screen.
  3. When you are on the Inventory page, select Discarded Products.
  4. On the Discarded Products page, click on the + button on your screen.
  5. On this page, you will need to select the Discard Date, provide the Discard Reason and select the Product that you wish to discard. Please notify your HTC and arrange return of discarded products.
  6. Once all the information required has been entered, click Done.
  7. Go back to the Inventory tab and select Discarded Products to ensure that it appears in your Discard History.
