A new treatment type ‘Bleed – No treatment’ is introduced. This treatment type will let you report bleeds that the patient chose not to treat either because it was too minor, or they missed treatment or ran out of product. An ‘other’ option allows to enter reasons other than those listed
To record an untreated bleed, log on to MyCBDR, click on ‘Record Treatment’ to be taken to the treatment recording screen. Select ‘bleed, no treatment’ from the ‘treatment type’ dropdown.
Once ‘bleed, no treatment’ is selected, record the bleed
If you choose to treat a previously untreated bleed within 14 days of the original record you can select ‘ bleed, follow up’ and select the bleed from the list.
