There was a glitch with the latest update of the MyCBDR app.


For iPhone/iPad users:  Please uninstall the app and reinstall.  This should resolve your issue.


For Android app users:  You  need to clear you app data cache.   Uninstalling and reinstalling the app may also be required.

Settings => Apps & notifications =>[MyCBDR or MonRCTC] => Storge and cache => Clear storage
