You may not have received your temporary password within the 48 hours stated in your email because:
1. Our email to you may be in your SPAM or Junk mailbox. Please check there before contacting the Help Desk.
2. You may have registered on the wrong website. The patient portal is www.mycbdr.ca. The site will look like the screenshot below.
If you registered on a site that looks like the one below, please contact the Help Desk for assistance.
3. You may have chosen the incorrect centre when you registered. If you are not sure whether you chose the correct Hemophilia Treatment Centre, please contact the Help Desk for assistance.
4. You may have done everything correctly, but the staff at your clinic are busy and have not yet processed your request. To determine whether this is the case, contact your clinic or the Help Desk for assistance.
