Step 1: From the home page, click Record Product:

 

 

*Note: if you do not see the Record Product button, please contact your clinic to enable this feature for you. 


Step 2: Enter the date the product was received by selecting the calendar icon (the date you picked up the product from your treatment center.

 

 

 

Step 3: Enter the Lot Number. *Please verify the lot number you enter is correct as it cannot be changed after you record a treatment using this product. * 

Step 4: Select the Product from the drop-down list 

*Note- if you see nothing in the drop down list, please contact your clinic to input your treatment plan.

Step 5: Enter the Expiry Date by selecting the calendar icon

Step 6 and 7: Enter the Quantity of product and click Save

*NOTE: Please make sure to add product to your account before you record a treatment
